"I first contacted Percasso for help a few months ago, mainly due to languishing interest in our office coffee club. I was looking for ideas to increase interest in the club, including potentially changing the beans we were brewing. I honestly expected a few small samples of various coffees, and not much else. To my surprise, Jeff, your customer service representative, was ready to go with a blind taste and survey for all the existing and potential coffee club members on our floor! The tasting was a hit. We got some new members, and best of all, people are excited about the coffee again.
